Our machines have a laser sensor that detects whether the vape has successfully dropped. If your vape gets stuck and doesn’t dispense, the charge on your card will remain pending for up to 24 hours before it falls off. Please allow this 24-hour period to pass before contacting us. Rest assured, you will not be charged for any product that doesn’t actually dispense from our machines.
